In collaboration with Shane's Confectionery in Philadelphia, PA, our team went from concept to design in 15 weeks. We explored the vast collection and opportunities for a 5,000 sq ft exhibition, settling on the sweet treat—ICE CREAM. This exhibit looks at Philadelphia’s vast history in and around this sweet treat and why it was considered the ice cream capital during the 19th century.
