Each semester, Museum Exhibition Planning + Design students participate in a charrette or design sprint for two to three days. The fall 2018 design sprint took a look at voting. Each of the three groups focused on a specific aspect of voting. Since most of the members of our group were voting absentee in the Midterm election we decided to look at what it takes to go through the process. Our goal of this mini-exhibit was to show the simple steps that it takes to be an absentee voting. Using a bathroom as the location allowed us to have a captive audience, as well as, correlate the ease of absentee voting to going to the restroom.
